With its Italian Headquarter in the heart of the "High Tech Mech District" of the Po Valley, Branches in Romania (Sibiu, Bucharest and Costanza), the Group involved in creating integrated solutions and Operative Management Advisory for Micro, Small and Medium Companies working not only I Mechanic- but also in Automotive and Ceramic Industry together with Resellers, Company Service Providers an many more.
Our directly supply to Big Companies allowed us, in the recent years, to deepen our knowledge and consolidate a top level competence, that we happily offered to all our Customers, independently from their size.
We offer this development approach also to “emerging Markets Companies”, starting from Romania, where we are already active.
The majority of the workers of the Group started their experience in the IT market in the 80ies and their multiannual experience grants Customers / Partners non only reliable and full functional products, but -above all- a “listening availability” and top professional approach. This “recipe” made possible the establishment of relations with some representative European Universities (Polytechnic of Torino, ITALIA and University Lucian Blaga of Sibiu, ROMANIA)together with top references.

The Solutions
Esox Informatica Group is Company that creates software applications (Software Factory), primarily Silver Lake Suite, the High Level Business Enterprise Resources Management Program.
Starting from the Free License Version (Express) up to the Full Version (Enterprise) it’s possible to manage not just the General Accounting but also Areas like Production Management, e-Commerce, Global Business Management, Product Configuration for Sales force, together with Digitally signed Legal Papers Strorage, in conformity with Italian Law, the most rigid in Europe.
As Producers of the ERP Suite Applications branded as "Silver Lake" we can therefore be the main referral Partner for Analysis, Business Management Consultancies and providers of our IT Standard and Customized Solutions.
We also offer a full collaboration approach with existing suppliers, in order to elaborate together customized Software Procedures fully integrated within already existing processes, saving the related investments.
Our Customers can therefore count on top skilled Italian and Rumenian SW Analysts ed Engineers with long-term experience, that develop on a daily basis in “C++”, ”C#”, “.Net” ed “Asp” (running even on Virtual Machine) languages, operating on Microsoft SQL DataBase, using Crystal Reports for the reporting.
We collected knowledge and chose Partners to natively integrate, within our SW Solutions, Technologies as RFId , Bar-Code , Wireless and Digital Signature.
We also offer Top Management Advisory in order to enhance the “Business Culture” of the “front line” workers, from front desk operator to managers, passing through production, accounting and delivery.
Last, but not least, we’re active in the “Web Sphere” with custom Applications, Web Sites and Portals connected to DBs, C.M.S. and a stand-alone owned C.R.M. Application, together with Industrial and Company Video Spots, natively created for Web Streaming, connected to Communication Campaigns.
Our Approach
Adopting Silver Lake ERP Solutions in the whole Company could grants a quick and effective realignment to the up-to-date top technologies (Windows XP, Vista e Win7 e MS SQL).
It will also grant the system Administrator the opportunity of reaching ERP System autonomy management levels, previously unknown. Taking the relative responsibility, the "SysAdmin" will be able to freely interact with the Company DataBase reaching a pretty good interaction with Company’s DataBase, thanks to the useful Tools as Customizable Queries and in-built Programming Language. This will drastically decrease the need to of directly involvement of Esox Group Specialists.
Thanks to the “newborn” DB Tracer (www.esoxgroup.eu/dbtracer.asp), the System Management Application will allow the SysAdmin to take full control of "who-made-what-and-when"; above all, by literally tracing every single action, it’s allowed the full recovery of the single changed value, without restoring Entire DataBases!
Offering this "responsible autonomy" to the EDP Managers of our prospects (later became Customers ) has been recognized as a winning feature and granted us a lot of Customer satisfaction positive feed-backs.

In order to expand its Market Esox Informatica Group has always shared vision and approach with its local Partners, by adapting its business and sales strategy, case by case, deciding in 2007 to create the innovative "Free Licensing" approach: the goal was to promote the expansion of our ERP Solution, Silver Lake, trough the free download of the Express Version.
